Return Policy

  • We understand that the present economy is so unpredictable and the world is currently on recession. In cases that you want to return the item with a legitimate reason, we do honor returns of the item and subject it to our store’s return policy.

  • Email us immediately within 24 hours after receipt of the item if you desire to return the merchandise.

  • All return items are subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees, insurances are non-refundable.

  • Item must be returned within 48 hours after receipt in its Brand-new condition with all accessories (dust bags, authenticity cards, tags, etc.) included to the returned package. Returns after 48 hours of products receipt will not be entertained.

  • We require a tracking number and insurance to all returned merchandise.

  • All our products are 100% Authentic or we refund all your money.

  • We only have 1 stock available for each model and we don’t allow any back-orders. When the item is already sold-out and we haven’t updated the page yet, you can’t proceed to the check-out anymore for payment.

  • We accept major Credit Cards and PAYPAL only for payments.

  • On the check-out page, if you opt to use your Credit Card for payment and doesn’t want to create a PAYPAL account, kindly fill up the necessary data “EXCEPT” the create password box
